- Integrate planning with other SimOps activities
- Development and stewardship of Management of Change philosophies
Turnarounds / Shutdowns and Maintenance Campaigns
- Turnaround coordination and management
- Development and application of “best in class” processes and procedures
- Preparation of detailed scopes of work into work packs
Inspection / Maintenance
- Maintenance system analysis: review, streamline, and make continuous improvement recommendations
- System and equipment critical analysis for operability, availability and reliability improvements
- Interface Mechanical Completion and Commissioning System (MCCS) with Client’s Maintenance Management System (MMS)
- Provide complete asset integrity management system
- Maintenance and inspection support services
- Facilities Service Life Reviews
